What are SplitMiles?
SplitMiles are the units you use for eligible charging on SplitEV. A monthly plan includes a set amount. They are not the same as miles your car can drive.
Check the app for the SplitMiles needed for a session and the terms that apply to your plan. The amount can vary by location and session.

Are SplitMiles vehicle range?
No. They do not promise a driving distance or a set battery percentage. Your car, the charger and charging conditions affect what your vehicle receives.
Do unused SplitMiles roll over?
Up to 30% of each monthly allotment can roll forward while the plan stays active. Read the current rollover and cancellation terms before subscribing.

The current published additional SplitMiles price is $0.10 each. Review the app's payment and plan terms before adding more.
Is there a fixed conversion formula?
Do not treat SplitMiles as a fixed conversion to driving miles or charging time. Check the session information in the app instead.
Are Karma rewards the same thing?
No. Karma is a separate rewards program. Check the app for current availability and terms; a planned perk is not a guaranteed reward.
